Introduction
Welcome to PYPO. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any Data Processing Agreement accepted during signup.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. The Service is not intended for use by individuals under 16 years of age. Customer warrants it will not enter data about individuals under 16 without verifiable parental consent and notification to PYPO.
Subscription Plans
Access to the platform is provided through subscription plans. Each plan has specific features, usage limits, and pricing. Trial periods may be offered at our discretion. At the end of a trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
Payment and Billing
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
Your Data
You retain ownership of customer data entered into the platform. You are responsible for providing privacy notices to data subjects and for having a lawful basis for all non-Art. 9 event data you or your users enter. Upon account termination, the automated retention job deletes tenant data after the 90-day grace period unless a legal hold or unpaid dispute requires narrower preservation.
Intellectual Property
The PYPO platform, including its design, code, and features, is our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business operations.
Limitation of Liability
PYPO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
